Udon Thani International Airport

Udon Thani International Airport (UTH) is located 7km's from downtown Udon Thani in Udon Thani Province. It is approximately 560 km's northeast of Bangkok and currently serves domestic and international flights to Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket and Luang Prabang in Laos.

Udon Thani's Airport is located near the Laos border and is frequently used as a transit point to the Laos capital city, Vientiane, via the Friendship bridge in Nongkhai. Vientiane, is approximately a 2 hour car journey from Udon International Airport.

Traveling to and from Udon Thani
The easiest and most popular way to get to Udon Thani is by plane. There are 7 flights to Udon daily from Bangkok Int airport; the journey takes just 1hr. Ticket prices start at 800bt one-way (not including taxes, fuel surcharge etc)

Tiger Airways flights between Udon Thani and Singapore have been canceled until further notice.
Lao Airlines now fly between Udon to Luang Prabang on Friday and Monday weekly.
